Listing teardown
We check the detail page shoppers see, find the step that loses the sale, and send a ranked list of fixes to test.
The teardown starts with the public detail page. We look at the main image, title, first bullets, price context, variant structure, the content below the fold and how the page reads on a phone. We compare those elements with the search terms the product is likely to be found under, because a page that does not match the search often loses the click before the shopper reads anything.
If you share a business report or an advertising report, we also look at sessions, unit sessions and the variant that carries most sales. Those numbers help us rank the findings. Without them the teardown still names the most visible problems, but it cannot say how large each one is.
A teardown is a document you can keep, whether or not you work with us.
Each finding names the element, the problem and why it matters for the shopper's decision.
The first three to five tests are ordered by expected effect and by the effort to run them.
Broken images, variant faults and mismatched listings are called out first, since they block clean testing.
If you want help, we write a scope and a price for your approval. You can decline and keep the document.
Four steps, and you are kept informed at each one.

We review the listing as a shopper would, on desktop and on a phone, and note each element that weakens the decision.
Findings are sorted by the funnel step they affect, so you see the first test before the tenth change.
You receive the written teardown by email or WhatsApp, with questions about anything we could not verify.
We state these gaps in the document rather than filling them with guesses. If a question sits outside the teardown, we tell you so and suggest what would answer it.
No. A teardown can be written from the public listing alone. Sales and traffic figures make the ranking more precise, and you choose which figures to share. We do not ask for your password. If you do share figures, we use them only for your teardown and keep them confidential.
We do not quote a duration in advance, because the number of elements and the current workload vary. We confirm a rough timing when we reply to your request, and we keep you posted if it changes.
The document stands on its own. If you want to talk it through, we can arrange a call, but nothing in the teardown depends on buying a service. Scope and price are agreed only after you have read the findings.
Tell us in the notes. Account health needs records we cannot see from the public page, so we say whether it is in scope for the teardown and, if it is not, what kind of help to look for.
Four short steps. We reply by email or WhatsApp with next steps and the scope we would propose.
Send the ASIN and your main problem on WhatsApp. A short message is enough for us to confirm the teardown and ask the questions we need.
Please do not send your password or account login details.
